Property Plan – Commonwealth Client
It is a requirement under the Commonwealth Property Management Framework (RMG500) that entities undertake a property plan annually or following changes to their operating environment. The ASPA team have been engaged by numerous Commonwealth clients to deliver their Property Plan. The team apply the following methodolgy:
- Develop an understanding of the client’s strategic property drivers.
- Review the portfolio performance against benchmarks.
- Analyse the gap between the organisations workforce requirements and the property portfolio performance.
- Development of strategies to improve the property portfolio performance.
- Undertake a portfolio risk assessment.
- Provide a roadmap for implementation of the Plan.
